Each week Team Talk football review contentious refereeing decisions. They often agree with the referee so it's not a vendetta against refs.
Gomes was a lucky boy to still be on the pitch after hacking down Christian Benteke in the box after the pair clashed following Sebastian Prodl’s woeful backpass. It was a wild challenge that should have seen him sent to the stands. To add insult to injury the Brazilian then saved Benteke’s penalty after diving low down to his left. Verdict – Incorrect decision

Team most likely to feel brassed off award Crystal Palace The Eagles were not happy about a few crucial decisions by Clattenburg against Watford, or the antics of Harry the Hornet. Indeed in 15 matches Palace have played and Clattenburg has been the man in the middle, they have yet to win. If Gomes was sent off for taking Benteke out the chances are they would have scored from the resulting penalty and from 2-0 up would surely have kept the 10-men Hornets at arms length.

On the basis that you are ridiculously accusing me of being a "Wind-Up merchant" and of risibly introducing Trolley into the fore, I am NOT minded to answer any of your questions. Those who know me personally might accuse me of being a number of things but would strenously deny the allegations that have been made.It really is a shame that there has been no HOL function where I could have attended and all and sundry would have seen that I am just a supporter who expresses his honest opinions.
Ok trolley, case closed.....You ALWAYS chose not to answer questions where you may be proved wrong.....So on this particular piece of " mark can do no wrong" I give up.....100% wind up and certainly no Palace fan as far as I'm concerned......Until the next time your boy screws us over.....Goodbye!
