I have a brain not known for it's acceleration ! And as I have said for the umpteen time, I am far more self-deprecation than self-promotion contrary to popular belief. Players from another league have to adapt to the pace,physical demands etc. Recall Allardyce saying quite early in the 'Window' that he might have to look abroad but this brought with it some risk or words to that effect. Last season at Sunderland he brought in Kone,Kirchoff and Khazri, all from abroad, and they contributed positively to the club's survival in the PL.
