Such as habits to do with diet, drinking, exercise, work/rest/play balance, forgiveness, acceptance, a sense of purpose, open to new ideas. Once the changes required are clear, then it is all about employing strategies to make sure that optimum choices are consistently adopted. That's where the coaching comes in.
