On the subject of breasts or bosoms, one never hears them described as "Lils" in this day and age.

On the subject of names/greetings - 'Mate' - came in with Neighbours and EVERYONE tagged a greeting with mate, no matter who or what they were talking to. still a part of the lingo today but nowhere near as much.
