Is he illegal?
Was he the named tenant ?
If not, who was he letting off ?
Just might bring to light what occurred to initially start the blaze before the blame game gets under way

Blame game? Don't think so. Normal establishment whitewash- regrettable incident, tragedy of course, couldn't be foreseen, no one really to blame.

Maybe a slap on the wrist for the Tory council for their poor response to it, but that'll be it.

Fire loving cladding and people being told not to evacuate their flats are probably a tad more important inquiry wise than if some waiter or chef has overstayed his visa.

I actually read this morning that the death figures are going to be considerably lower than first stated due to fraudulent claims form people claiming that friends or relatives had died in the fire.

Well done for actually reading something.

But let's think more about the issues of negligence , tragic waste of life , ignored voices, cost cutting and widespread malpractice rather focussing on a few chancers shall we?

I agree if there proven points of malpractice, negligence then I hope those responsible face the full force of the law.
But to just wave away blatant fraud ( not to mention the trading and profiting from people's misery) because it's not on your agenda is wrong.
And what about the people who sub letted, or the ones who did it..its illegal..and how many people families will never identified because of these illegal dealings.
Your moral compass is too far screwed to the left to see that...

Nope. My moral compass goes with the victims whoever they were. The state is responsible for the protection of citizens. The system failed. Yes subletting is illegal, but it goes on and always has done. Not excusing it though.
However, to somehow try and divert the attention away from those culpable for the fire towards illegals shows another example of thinly vieled racism in my book.
Screwed moral compass?

Read the first line of my reply, and where have I mentioned race...show me.
The problem with you is your perpetual trying to tar everything with an ism...i don't care what race, creed or colour they are they died for no reason.
But again seeing through all your usual bollocks,as you said sub letting is illegal, and those that have done it should never be allowed social housing again, anywhere.
And again just so it gets into that Looney f***ing headb of yours, I hope WHOEVER is responsible for this tragedy face the full force of the law.....likewise the sub letters.
