On their Facebook site there are a load of complaints and messages of tickets to sell. One bloke (hopefully tongue in cheek) has mentioned trade descriptions act.

Not missing much. I went to Crawley vs Palace a few years ago pre-season and we had our first team and all of Holloway's showcase signings. They tonked us 4-0 in one of the worst football matches I've ever seen.

There did seem to be some crossed wires on this one because Maidstone definitely had the impression that we were playing the first team and, as we've cancelled an U23 game in order to now play the U23 side there, it looks like we were proposing a full side. With a game in HK a few days later, I can't see why we didn't make this an U23 game in the first place.

I remember wondering how we'd get a single point in the PL...
