I don't buy into MSM narratives like you do. I have some issues with how that case was handled, however a woman lost her life and this guy must answer to that.

As for slavery, segregation and racism, the reason it's as 'raw' as it is....is because the Democrats have been fermenting identity politics within the black community for decades for votes.

Lets not forget the considerable racism within the Democrats itself, the anti white and anti male...and from some quarters anti semitic discourse that takes place.

Historically they are the slave owners.
Not one Republican had a slave.
The dems are still at it in their own areas of control politically.
No progression. Relying on the state. No aspiration.
No hope.
Yup the dems ARE still the party of slavery but because they promise so much financially it seems to work physocologically.

Did anyone watch Newsnight last night with Dawn Butler trying and failing to justify Corbyn not attending the state banquet for Trump?

Emily Maitliss made mincemeat of her asking why Corbyn was happy to attend a state banquet for the Chinese premier with his lengthy history of human rights abuse yet refused to attend the dinner for the duly elected president of our closest ally

No but I heard Emily Thornberry on the same topic being cut to pieces.

Now we discover that Corbyn has to cheek to ask for a personal meeting with Trump and is surprised he doesn't get one.

Yesterday the organisers claimed 250,000 people would turn up to protest against Trump. They had to concede that only 50,000 showed others people put the crowd between 10 and 20,000.

A student digs somewhere in London:

"Today we get the chance to smash the far right and their leader in chief Trump. This is just the start of the revolution, err mind you that weather looking a bit iffy oh forget it I'm going back to bed and have a spliff."

Note to police: We should try cloud seeding as an effective form of crowd control.

People in the UK don't know that the Democrat party set up the KKK, defended slavery and pushed back against every major civil rights act in the US.

The political landscape has totally shifted since the days of slavery, so that claim is fairly disingenuous. It is impossible to connect Democrats of the days of slavery with what the party stands for now as it has completely shifted.

Pushed back against every major civil rights act????

FDR enacted the new deal and multiple pro civil rights acts including EO8802 in 1941 which was designed to prohibit not hiring people based on skin color.

JFK started and LBJ got the civil rights act passed in 1964. The most important civil rights legislation ever.

I am all for open debate but what you said is completely inaccurate.

Trump lost. Badly. Hahahahahahaha.

Mitch McConnell, Ted Cruz and many Republican lawmakers are now being ‘biased’ against trump, it appears to be catching!

Trouble in paradise.

It is like having a kid, if you don’t set any boundaries they will do what they want. Human turtle McConnell may be startling to realize that now.

That's why it's strange to tear down statues which represent history and also strange how the liberals think we owe blacks somthing from hundreds of years ago.

Hogwash
Look at democratic cities and states.
Dependent on welfare
No aspirations
Slum housing
Equality all around in the negative.
No hope of progression
So keep everyone down and dependent and how are they going to vote if they know nothing else and are brainwashed into believing there can never be anything better.

With all due respect, danny boy, it not up to you, a white guy from Norwood (guess) to decide what a black guy feels in a Southern State when looking at a statue of a confederate war leader.

The flying of confederate flags here has a very dangerous meaning for a lot of people.

As for owing black people something from hundreds of years ago, I have work colleagues who remember segregation in the South from their childhoods.

Truly breathtakingly ignorant.

Bravo to you.

It’s also not up to thousands of people living in Britain to decide how millions of Americans feel about their President.
