Get the loud speakers out, give the warnings, and then who remains (unless they are deaf or very low IQ) have no excuses. If this isn't the time for riot police then one doesn't exist. Maybe stick to talking about chickens You will have to remind me what I said about Trump I will talk about whatever I feel like I have been clear, if the streets are given up to people who are under no form of proper control then it is likely some very nasty people will do dreadful things I don't know how the Police or any other authority can ensure this doesn't happen again. You could try going out with your mates, wearing some kind of hat, with big sticks.
