It's not the system it's the lack of time the players have had to adapt to it and the fact our players don't appear to be in f the skill set to play it. If Huddersfield is anything to by then this could be a long no season but giving up now and returning to the original formation is crazy. FDB knows football and is a legend, he deserves a chance and it could make us a far better team down the road.

It's not the system it's the lack of time the players have had to adapt to it and the fact our players don't appear to be in f the skill set to play it. If Huddersfield is anything to by then this could be a long no season but giving up now and returning to the original formation is crazy. FDB knows football and is a legend, he deserves a chance and it could make us a far better team down the road.

I'm going for a Rodgering of 5-1. I'm expecting a Liverpool lead of 1-0 with us equalizing shortly afterwards to actually give us some chips for them to piss on.

Had great results away at Pool in recent times, but today I can only see defeat. I just hope it's not to heavy. Unless he adjusts to the prem quickly and sets us out to defend better then he will be out by Xmas if not earlier. Let's hope he turns it and us around as I don't want the gloom of that Pardew year of 2016 again :-(

Personally though I would stay with Hennessey in goal. [Link]
