regretfully out. he doesn't seem to be able to remedy the problems that his system is causing We need a manager who plays to our strengths. SP phone big Sam and see if he will come back to steady ship

If they cant strengthen the squad? I say out with Steve Parish cause he is responsible for not getting his fingers out and players in FDB Is out unless he changes system or get players who can adapt to his way of playing Ajax fotball.

OUT, if he doesn't adjust to a system that the players can play. I don't get how some fans cannot see the value of Sakho and a change in formation. Get Sakho, 443,move up the table. Simple!!!

One can suggest that the club should back FDB to the hilt in the 'Transfer Market' but at the end of the day it all comes down to finances and we just cannot lavish significant sums as some would like us to do.Make Parish's job a lot easier one suspects !

Next games Burnley away and Southampton home. 2 defeats with no improvement and I think that will be it for him. I don't like sacking managers early and it doesn't reflect well but what he is trying to do is a complete disaster at the moment. Players out of position, no RWB, 1 striker, persisting with Puncheon as captain,, this list goes on. In the 17 years I've been going this is the most lost I've seen the team, on par, or worse, than the misfits put together by George Burley.

IN (for 2/3 more games) but 3 games into the season is too early for this kind of talk but, unless FDB is able to compromise on his way of thinking & play to the strengths of our current squad I cannot see how he can stay. Took several weeks for the players to adapt to Sam's thinking but we ended up playing to our strengths & banking some great results, have no confidence in FDB's system & it seems the players have no idea either. Red & Blue since 73'

Out. No goals, no points and to be honest all 3 teams should have won by a bigger margin. The manager is sitting in his seat with his head in his hands. He should be up on his feet screaming instructions and encouraging. Players don't have the confidence or the ability to play this system. The best 2 players this season aren't even ours. A manager is required to play to the squads strength and tweak over time in line to play different systems. The summer recruitment has been shambolic, squad at least 5 players short. Team is good enough to be competitive aiming for a 12th - 14th place finish, but beyond 11 or 12 players, rest of squad is of championship standard. Don't like knee jerk reactions but for those who were there yesterday would agree that the atmosphere was flat before a ball was kicked.
