Oh look, all those police officers and council officials who were working so diligently under the radar so as to catch the grooming gang perpetrators whilst not offending the whole community by tarring them with the same brush...... turns out they were just ignoring events after all.... Don't think there will be too much surprise at this review outcome.

Especially when the victims give you their names, home address & vehicle registration number. Plus a ton of other forensic DNA evidence of the rapes. i have little understanding of how crooks are caught & brought to justice.
