No point in getting stressed out about this taking a few days. Some players you can sign up and drop straight into a team but that doesn't work with keepers. Was never likely to be selected against Spurs even on the bench even if he'd signed a week ago; it will take him a couple of weeks at least to be able to work properly with our defence.
