Skunk does cause psychosis. And it can be as debilitating as ending up in a wheelchair for life.

To say that the root of the problem is inequality is simply not true.

I grew up in a council flat on a Saf London estate to a single mum however I never carried a knife. Did lots of other stuff but never carried a knife. Through sheer bloody hard work and a will to better myself I now own a property development company and have kids at private schools.

Knives are predominately (not exclusively though) a problem in the black population.

You cannot say this is due to inequality as plenty of other races have also settled here over the years who would have faced the same challenges and yet who have not attopted the knife culture.

I would say that the reverse is probably true in your statement. It's more likely it's the knives/drugs/crime etc which is often keeping the black population at the bottom.
Many years ago the Jews arrived here and faced predudice, however they worked hard and moved up the ladder. Same with the Indians, Italians and Chinese etc. However for many the black population still occupy the bottom of society, living in the worst parts of the city and doing the worst jobs etc.
It's an absolute shame however for things to change then they also have to change.
I have no axe to grind. Just saying it how I see it.

I heard this very briefly mentioned at the end of a new item today.

2018 is 7 weeks old and 13 people have been stabbed to death.

Yet the media and social media is mainly focusing on Trump with brexit intervals and occasional mentions of May and Corbyn.

I agree. Although I'll add the Irish to the list of immigrants that had it tough back in the day.

The problem is (as far as I see it)... Most people are too scared to say what they feel...I can say things a white person is too frightened, it shouldn't be that way. Young black men commit a far higher % of crime than any other reacial group... I've just come back from Ohio... Black crime rates are worse out there... I go to the states 3-4 times a year... Never once had a problem with a police officer, or (knowingly) been treated differently because of the colour of my skin.
I have however been asked on more than one occasion "where you from?" From young black males (it happens less now I'm older)... It may seem a simple question.... But it's a question designed to find out what gang I am more than likely with... Luckily my British accent means the conversation doesn't lead anywhere.

I've long said the black community has problems with criminality. The reason I speak up is because I want young black men to achieve their potential... Like Asians/Whites/Jews/etc... There is no reason for young black men to not match others education wise.

If your motivation is trying to stop crime... Which impacts us all... Speak out without fear or favour.... Don't be worried about labels... Just have courage to say what you feel/see.... We'll discuss it like adults.

P.S. please please please.... No whataboutery... My tolerance of that type of argument is in short supply.
