I don't really mind if it's promoting positive figures, which it is by virtue of it being the more clued up women getting behind it, but it's still carrying a sentiment of blaming men for everything which is the left wing equivalent of blaming immigrants.

The right don't blame immigrants. They blame the people who let the immigrants in.

No one with any sense 'blames' someone for making decisions in their own best interest.

Politicians are meant to make decisions in this country's best interest.

By continually increasing the number of people who don't hold allegiance to this country and making them citizens they do the direct opposite.

And as we have discovered, often the second and third generations hold even less allegiance......directly causing the state concern and sometimes cost in security.

Not a metric I bet lefty bureaucrats make when factoring in cost benefit analysis on immigration.....but an increasingly obvious flaw.

I agree as a third generation black man. I believe the powers that be and democracy have been a problem since the mid 20th Century.

Trying to find equivalence with male experience isn't completely unfair, but just look at the recent revelations in film, politics and the civil service. An unbelievable level of intimidation and sexual harassment overwhelmingly -though not exclusively - towards women.

There is no male equivalence there. Sexual abuse is one of the most psychologically damaging things that can happen to a person, and the single reason why women have such disproportionate brunt of it is because of an epidemic of violent chauvinistic misuse of power.

Women can now be prime ministers, engineers or pro footballers, and the Feminist movement deserves so much praise for making those grounds. But the idea that gender power imbalances don't still need challenging is bollox

Not arguing against your point at all, but i do find it interesting that Corey Feldman, has been consistently shouted down for years and not taken seriously about allegations he made years ago relating to Hollywood (and he was a child when the alleged activities took place), called crazy etc... I think that's a good example of the 2 sexes being treated differently...

Presumably you don't identify yourself as such. Would you like to share with us the heartache and frustration of your inner struggle? You're among friends here....

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham
