Bearing in mind its an opinion.
I think this climate change is boll ox
Fossil fuels will run out so why not be upfront and say that we need to find another way to make energy.
Not scare the crap out of everyone about how we are all dead in 20 years if we dont learn to cut our emissions.

That's a relief, can you let everyone know and we can all stop worrying about it.

And while this is all going on we are having glorious weather in England. Here in South of France it’s crap. Are we to assume that all this green living encourages good weather because I thought the experts told us the opposite. They won’t get my support as personally I am trying to get hotter weather in England which means more pollution according to the experts. If it’s hotter we need less heating so we need more diesel cars to counter this while in Asia there are more and more people and hold on don’t cows have something to do with all this?
So where does our most popular food chain fit into all this?
Donner und blitzen I am getting very muddled. Just missing the gas guzzling car at home. This hybrid one just lacks the oooomph.
Hey ho. At least Palace are staying up. Far more important.

An opinion.
There are as many who can counter the so called evidence.
Are there opinions not worthy.
The earth is a bit older than our statistics.
I was told at school some 40 years ago that a loaf of bread would be a fiver by now.
Statistics worked that out.
Wasnt quite right.

Any chance we could have your (flawed) opinion in decipherable English?

Today Extinction Rebellion plan to protest outside Parliament.

I expect the police to ensure that they do not interfere with the lives of our MPs. Remember its OK for protestors to disrupt the lives of ordinary people for days on end but god forbid they trouble our MPs who are busy NOT making important decisions about Brexit.

We will see how robust the police response is today.

I wish the protestors had just spent the week focusing on Parliament rather than Oxford street and the like.

There are claims the world will end in anywhere from 12 to 1000 years time. If the former it’s too late. If the latter then who cares?
There have been five provable ice ages which weren’t due to mankind. The sun is hotter than it was 1000 years ago. Climate change happens.

I think it worked - them setting up at different locations around town. The demonstrations had a largely positive vibe, people on the street didn't seem to mind and most people I've spoken to are supportive of what they're trying to achieve. Makes sense to garner public support and understanding of their cause before moving to Parliament. People know what they're all about now.

Are middle class people not allowed to protest now for some reason?

It's ironic because the environmental 'solutions' disproportionately impact the poor – not them. Wealthy landowners get paid to build inefficient wind turbines on their land and that cost is passed on to the electricity bill payer. Meanwhile, reducing carbon emissions would mean affecting the jobs of factory workers and farmers etc etc.

Not sure why all these White middle class types bother protesting.
Most are so busy indulging themselves that they didn't bother to have kids so there won't be any of their descendants around to worry about when the s*** really hits the fan.

The protests should be full of Asians and Africans and Mexicans.

Yep spot on.....most of the Baizuo are almost comic in their lack of self awareness.

It's like most of those dominating anti racist marches are privileged white middle class people living in mid ninety percent white areas. They don't even know that some of those minorities laugh at them.

Segregation by house price....but so anti racist.

Desperate to appear virtuous....and stick it to the 'man'.....just as long as it doesn't damage their bottom line.

There are too many people in the world. The system in place and, to a certain extent, needed, is causing this.

We could start by invading France. They don’t put up any fight to an army so we could have it done before the 2nd May bank holiday.
