Yeah so do I nothing...!!

In fairness that’s tongue in cheek - Palace have been known previously keep their dealings pretty close to their chest..!!

LBH a lot of these rumors are click bait with little substance behind them put out by media outlets just to create a little news be it fake or otherwise.

I personally think we’ll do some business before the window closes and announce it when we’re good, ready and deal(s) done.

Time will tell.

Agreed but when someone makes a bald statement like "Benrahma will not be joining Palace" it is quite reasonable to ask whether he is in the know or making a guess and when that person continually plays the victim, waffling on about how hard done by he is then people will start to get annoyed.

Read his latest response to Phil Barber nd you will see that he is up to his usual trick of spouting rubbish but not actually answering the question.

Willo, Were you actually in the know? Just a one word answer please, Yes or No

Exactly!

Why some find this simple concept so hard to understand is beyond me.

Phil's Barber...sorry to tell you, you've got issues mate : )

Willo has made decent and reasonably well informed comments, I'd say. You come across as somewhere between a crazy stalker and someone who secretly wants to get a room with him. Bizarre

Thank you for your assessment OldFella, no issues with that whatsoever

The only issues I do have are with bullsh*tters and attention seekers. Combine the two and I’m really in trouble!

A right-back who hasn't played until the end of the 2018-19 season. And we signed another right-back who had a long-term injury and hasn't played since January this year.

It's a short term deal to provide cover while Ferguson gains full fitness.

The club have been able to have a good look at Clyne before offering it to him.

I would say that for once, the club have made a good, low risk decision

That's very good news, in that I am assuming that he must have proved a certain level of fitness otherwise why bother signing him? Nobody seems to know whether Ward is injured or not? If he isn't then Clyne would be in as cover, then eased into match fitness by Roy's traditional substitutions at 70 mins?

Clyne or no Clyne...it’s one of those transfers that will perhaps little to no impact on our season either way.

I think that the phrase should have been Clyne or deClyne. Looks like we're inclyned. I would say desperate measures and maybe we'll pick up a bargain if one is to be had in January.

Does anyone know if the contract can roll on?

Why didn't they apply the same standards when they signed Ferguson?

It can't make Kelly feel great that the management have so little faith in him as cover

Agreed little risk, if he never plays it's only 3 months and maybe we get back the Clyne of old.
