Zaha doesn’t want to play for us - we should have sold him to Everton while we had the chance. No doubt this has created a toxic environment inside the first team as well. We are at least three players short and the owners should have spent roughly £40-50 m more than we did in the summer. Championship here we come.

They made us pass the ball around aimlessly because they knew how to close a football team down. ..they battled, we pussy footed.

Van Aanholt out of position constantly, the back line hopelessly left to look pathetic by the midfield who with the attack never woke up, apart from that great.

I’ve forgotten what we were wearing tbh. Could’ve been rucksacks with 20 kg in them.

Van Aanholt should have defended better for their goal, he also gave them their best opportunity in the first half! if he had played a little better we should have held out for another 0-0 ..the result would then have been OK.

After today's abject and pathetic performance it is hard to construct a case to argue otherwise. And I don't really think this will be the last one.

For me(not that anyone cares) this is our worse performance ive witnessed since the 0-4 drubbing by Sunderland at home Sat 4th Feb 2017.(yes I googled it)

No clue, No idea, No passion, No heart, No nothing.

Long drive home, pissed off, 'Trouts' unhappy AND I aint even got a cat to kick.

Unfortunately I have no idea something very wrong behind the scenes that my sources can’t divulge.

Clearly not all is well as shown in today’s performance.

Q? What happened to all the players YOU were adamant CPFC were going to get, through your sources?

Just asking like

Beware !
I had a great deal of ordure hurled in my direction when I mentioned the word "Sources" in terms of people I had engaged in conversation regarding football matters !
I had all that "In the know" piffle aimed in my direction !

Returning to today's performance it really was pathetic and the team totally let down all of our supporters. They need to hang their heads in shame.Very worrying indeed.

Totally agree, been a long while since such a bad performance throughout 90 minutes that I’ve watched in this prem run. Couldn’t believe that Hodgson didn’t Change the tactics. Or perhaps I can on some of last seasons matches? It was crying out to get the back four further upfield. They were to deep leaving huge gaps between midfield and forwards? Sheffield are not a good prem team (yet) and we were far worse than them. Badly need Tompkins and Sakho back to play football out of defence. The two at the moment can’t do this and that plus them playing to deep screwed us up. With that said the players in front of them were also poor, continuously not being able to control or pass the ball? Awful performance that needs sorting quick.

Interesting point about the defence playing so deep and why the Wan Bissaka only being a right back argument doesn't stack up. What happens when you don't have any pace at the back.

to be honest he did win a few, one in the first half and that clown townsend who i thought was awful today, got in his way. townsend like had no communication with other players as him and ward got their wires crossed on ocassion!

I fully agree IMO Benteke did not work hard enough, he did not hold the ball so others would make space around him and he was poor in the air against defenders who were last season playing in the championship. This result sums up the progress this team is not making and the mess that Parish et-al have got us in to again!

At least you are consistent.
You have never tried to construct a case for Palace
not being relegated.
Six seasons of being wrong and still you persist.
I admire your front Sir.
