Seems like it could be one guy with a knife being subdued by passers by Although also looks like they did him in good so could also be a gang fight, in which case the guy being pulled away by the police might also be an instigator. Confusing.

There is another video of a group of about 8-10 people laying into him. Most got off when the police came in but one man had to be dragged off him. Then they shot the man on the floor.
It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses. |

Shooting him on the floor seems a bit extreme, although he could have been suggesting he had some form of vest on or god knows what 8-10 people? Sounds like a gang fight rather than a terrorist attack. Anyway, let's wait and see I suppose.

I can only assume that they may have thought he was wearing a vest and so took appropriate action. If he stabbed people as others say here, then he got what he deserved.
