Yeah, right on both points. far to much management and bureaucracy, and the immigration thing always comes in to play! Whether it"s to many foreign patients clogging up the system or to many foreign doctors and nurses taking our jobs, gone a little quiet on that front in the last two months!

Health tourism does need to stop theres no doubt about that in my mind. But if you pay into the system whether black white or blue you should be entitled to the healthcarevwhethervwe have to many people in this country or not is a different debate I personally think the growth was to quick to manage but we have done it now so it's pointless talking about how we got here and try and talk about reaching the best outcome.

You are correct about health tourism. I have seen enough abuse of the NHS by foreign nationals to last a lifetime. However I have never said we have too many foreign doctors/nurses, in fact I think you will find I praised Filipinos. If someone pays into the system, of course they should be able to utilise it. If they have never contributed and travel here to get free treatment that is what should be stopped
