I just sent them an email saying that I wanted a refund. Within seconds I got a reply stating that "You will be receiving an email from us shortly regarding full details on when and how to apply for a refund." It seems that they couldn't have had time to actually read my email so are just sending out automatic replies.

Problems to do with 'new ticket supplier' & transferring supporters details to their new shiny system, apparently, seems to be the excuse. So, next week it is then, tho, when next week is anybodies guess.

I hate bad mouthing our club but this refunding business has been a total shambles! The lack of communication & disregard is a disgusting way to treat us fans! I've only been a season ticket holder for 8 years & used to pick and choose games due to night shift work & living on the coast.

We all have different agendas, some on here will need their refund more urgently than others, I’m sure we will all get it in the end. It just seems the club seem to make a right pigs ear out of so many situations that involve the life blood of the club, namely us fans. Going forward I dread to think what will happen if and that’s a big if fans are allowed back for next season. With maybe only a 3 or 4 week break between the end off this and the start of next Season, how they deal with next years season tickets.

Would love to be on that zoom meeting, let’s refund all the away and single purchase tickets one week, but before we refund season tickets the week after let’s install a new ticketing system and transfer thousands of customers info across. Marvellous idea .. maybe while we’re screwing this up, we should also check if we can continue to call the club Crystal Palace with its links to the great exhibition and the British Empire.

Have had a e-mail from Amber today - pasted below Dear John,
Thank you for your email. We sent an email Thursday night detailing we are currently not in a position to take requests for Season Ticket Refunds. Once we are in a position to do so we will email with all the details of how this can be processed with the exact date and time of the system going live. The process of selection can only be done either online or by phone. Once again we apologise for the delay in the process starting and thank you for your patience. Kind Regards Amber ---

Its funny you say that as I actually found the match ticket refund process incredibky easy and quick and got the full refund in a couple days and took about a minute to sort it. Obviously still awaiting season ticket stuff hoping thats just as simple to sort
