Just got my holiday refund e mail from Lastminute.com. I've asked for cash refund they've taken £320(12%) as a fee and I might have to wait 18 months to get it. Will CPFC do the same?

The website links for refund options now take you to a page claiming 404 and that the page cannot be found ! A shambles and a disgusting way to treat fans !

I feel really sorry for anyone who is being badly treated I can only suggest that we all vote with our feet when travel becomes a realistic proposition. I will not shed a tear for certain firms if they go bust, support the good ones.

I still haven't heard from CPFC, although a friend of mine says he got a refund 2 weeks ago. Does anyone know what is going on?

Nothing about S/T refunds from the Club to three of us (we all pay separately). It would be nice to know what is going on, or not in this case. And the Club has the cheek to ask us to pay for some "digital 1 Magazine" thing whilst holding on to OUR unused S/T and Programme Voucher money for so long. For those of us with Programme Voucher books, I expect they will also ask us to pay for the newly-announced digital programmes as well.

Just had an email from the box office saying and I quote You should have received an email from the club on 29th May detailing the options that will be available to Season Ticket holders with regards to refunds and donations The process for season ticket refund/ donation will begin at sometime this week W/C 8/6/2020 and you will receive an email from the box office with the exact date and procedure of how and when you can choose your option Hope this helps
