Saying to my ex "GO ON THEN" as she was drunkenly waving a kitchen knife at me after she was shouting that I didnt cut her pizza correctly?

8 days later I left Mayday Hospital after being admitted with a collapsed stomach and a lung filling up with blood.

Only time the stupid bint ever did as she was told.

Pizza rage. Can't top that.

Living down here does have some advantages. At least you can see them cry.

So Teddy, why did you decide to propose at Oxford St Tube?

I was steaming, we were on our way home and it seemed a good idea to marry someone I’d known for a month. 25 years later she’s still around so maybe it wasn’t such a bad idea.

Also proposing at Oxford St tube.
The underground hasn’t been kind.

After ' celebrating ' Beaujolais Nouveau Day in the City some years ago, I lost my footing near the top of the up escalator at Bank station. My head hit every step on the way down. As I lay at the bottom, a guy asked me if I was alright ( ! )...I asked him if there was any blood and he replied '' oh yeah '' ...at which point I passed out.

I was taken to Guys Hospital where they examined my head, shaved it where they thought it might require stitches ( it didn't ), and kept me in overnight.

It left me with ......an imprint of the escalator on my skull for weeks, a bald patch which never recovered...and I never touched a drop of Beaujolais again...which was the only positive

certainly far from my stupidest, but most recent was sunday morning.
went to Bath for my 60th at weekend & rented a small courtyard apartment bang in the centre.
very well equipped kitchen.
We was leaving on sunday and going on to Salisbury (absolute khazi) so Id bought all the kit for a full belfast fry for wife & I before we left.
Halogen hob, not used to this & seriously burnt the bacon which set off the very loud smoke alarm in our flat.
This in itself was embarrassing enough as I scrambled through the guest book looking how to stop the bugger.
I then noticed people coming out into the courtyard in dressing gowns, trackies etc..
there were 10 apartments, all f***ing 10 were plumbed in together.
I'd set the lot off and cleared 10 flats at 9am sunday morning.
skulked out later that day(after the owner had come from nearby to re-set..
(only silver lining was the owner laughing and sayin 'oh! it happens every week !')

Then leave home, get a job & pay your own bills, while you still know everything.

I was mullered. I woke in the middle of the night and tried to throw myself through the upstairs window, trying to find the bathroom. (fortunately, the window held)
My room smelt 'musty' for the next few days. On day 3 I found a pile of vomit on the floor of my wardrobe.
