What rants?

I pass comments that I share with 99% of those I associate with, and they hold a wide range of political views. Trump is generally regarded as a disaster, and by some as an idiot. I just think he was a terrible mistake which needs to be exposed, so it is never repeated.

Who decides whether a candidate will be “a terrible mistake”?
David Cameron offered the option of leaving the EU and the possible break-up of the UK. Tony Blair led us into a questionable war with on-going consequences. Were they terrible mistakes who shouldn’t have been elected?

Do any of your associates disagree with you about trump or have you sent those to the naughty step.

Not anyone who I regularly see. Only "racist" Dave, who stood for UKIP locally, defended him, and he is generally regarded as a nutcase who is best avoided. He tends to drink alone and then engages the unwary.

Ultimately, the electorate do.

I was obviously expressing my own opinion. People get elected on promises, but it's the mistakes that get them chucked out.

Indeed so the likelihood of it happening again, and again, is strong. They don’t often get chucked out until the next election by which time the damage is done.

The same White House doctor who gave Trump a highly dubious clean bill of health when it seemed pretty clear he was overweight and generally unhealthy. If anyone has showed evidence of declining mental capacity in the WH in recent years it was Trump. Yet the doctor ignored it, but chooses to try to make an issue over some highly selective words by Biden.

I am 78 on Tuesday. You would be surprised how fit my mind is. I gave a speech earlier today to around 50 people and held my audience very effectively.

The editing of these videos is just political mischief-making.

Hopefully there are very few Trumpkins in the UK, and no Bidenistas at all. The Trumpkins are a US phenomenon and Bidenistas don't exist, because Biden doesn't need a cult to maintain him.

Ignore Putin. He will play both sides against the middle if it suits him. He is behind a great deal of the political misinformation to be found on the web. It's become a serious problem.

Happy Birthday, but are you sure you got the age right? I wouldn't blame you - I'm much younger and try my best to forget. Enjoy your day and not too much cake.

There is evidence that those concerns existed. I am quite sure you remember them and that I could find them again, if you really need me to.

It was, from memory, the US College of Psychiatry who expressed their worries.

By the way, it is rumoured that the medical examination carried out by Dr Ronny Jackson, the physician turned politician, which created all the controversy included a "Montreal" physiocratic test. This included asking Trump to complete a jigsaw puzzle, spending no more than 30 mins a day on it, and record how many days it took him to do it.

He boasted to his hangers on that he was outstandingly bright as it only took him 30 days, whilst the pack said 2 to 3 years!

So no concrete evidence that he was in poor health just evidence of concerns,

Thanks. No cake yet. Just me and the dog and some curtains to hang in the new house. My wife is at work, helping bring 3 new citizens into our world, via caesarians.

I think I did though get the age wrong! I am actually 77 today, which feels ridiculous given my energy and things left to do.

No, that was the worry. They recommended an independent examination and offered to fund it, then were appalled at what appeared to be a whitewash.
