I would say at least Johnson's sentences are coherent, the content may be up for debate on accuracy.

Biden appears to be seriously mentally challenged.

Problem is if he steps down you get the VP in charge.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

You love having a pop at Biden, based on edited clips, often remixed so the answers given are not to the questions asked!

Doubt there are any more Trumpkins here than there are Bidenistas. Cognitive decline in a man of 78 isn’t that rare - in Biden’s case a former White House doctor has cast doubt on his mental abilities whilst Putin has said he’s fine. Imagine that if it was Trump in question.
