It is only a couple of days ago they held Chelsea to a goalless draw at Stamford Bridge - we were trashed there! At least let us hope the gaffer put out a team with some guts, enthusiasm, and fighting spirit today. Seeing Benteke and Townsend must make Zaha and Eze think: "No, not again!"

I have been Palace now for over 55years and will never change. I don't want to. For years I've spent many a pre-match contemplating team selection, tactics, whether so-and-so will at last return to form etc. I now find it hard to think about match detail, rather what mood I'll be in at 10mins/20mins/HT/FT into the game. Will my w/e be a happy one or another depression that will last till Tuesday? All I want is to see my team play well. Is that too much to ask? It does happen. COYP! ..... PLEASE! We move in the direction of our thoughts. Just think a little.
