I would take Dyche over Roy - no question.

Don't get me wrong, I'd be supportive of us approaching Dyche, and I reckon he's probably the best fit for the job of the obvious candidates. I just think it's a mistake to think we would be a significantly better team overall under him. The players are what they are, and they represent the budget, which is what it is. Something not exactly like Roy's anti-football but not too dissimilar is likely for the foreseeable.

I saw a post on BBC Sport's coverage before the game about how no Burnley player is wearing gloves, and virtually every Palace player is. It's amazing how something as simple as that so clearly demonstrates the difference between the teams.

I've run out of reasons for Hodgson to be in charge next week. The attitude of the entire team stinks, and it can't be changed with the current regime in place - the change required is so drastic it has to be done by someone new.

I, further, am looking forward to many of those out of contract players being shown the door to help with the change in attitude.

Back when we first entered the league, we were crap and our football was awful, but we usually seemed to be in the game. In our last 12 games, we've not even been competitive in 7 of them (Wolves FA Cup, Liverpool, Villa, West Ham, Leeds, Burnley, City). That's inexcusable.

Hodgson has to go tonight.

We deserve to be relegated this season. It’s as simple as that. I would say it is now about 50/50 whether we end up in the relegation positions.

Someone tell me where our next win is coming from?

When we lose to City, RH is excused because they are a top 4. We lose to Chelsea same. When we lose to Burnley, whats the excuse? Hell where are our points going to come from? From beating teams in the Championship? Well wait, we lose to those too. RH has to go! If not Palace is in the championship, which RH is not even good enough to be manager there too.

I think this incarnation of Palace is the most expensively assembled, yet currently easily amongst the worst Palace sides with the worst manager.

We've now conceded 42 goals this season under defensive maestro Roy Hodgson, 3 today against a team that don't score that many.
Hodgson has lost the players, they clearly don't give a f***.
Brighton must be fancying their chances

Realistically he's not even good at 'what he's good at'. We may as well spin the wheel; anything is better than this.

If Parish has the balls to sack Hodgson, today or next week what choice do we have. As replacement Promote Lewington if he doesnt go with Hodgson. Eddie Howe, Frank Lampard, John Terry or does he stick with old time favourites within the club. I would rather this club show some backbone on and off the pitch and go down fighting than be a bloody laughing stock and watch this trash week in week out.

Mind you it’ll probably take him 2 weeks to make that decision!

Roy like the players to be wrapped up warm for each trouncing.
