Need to get Benteke off, its like playing with 10 men when he is on the pitch, spends most of his time watching and keeping well away from action. Clearly does not like roughing it up in Man U defence! Seeing the way he bounced Maguire off at the start he should really get in there. Also he needs either Ayew or Eze to get closer to him - no point holding the ball up when there’s no one there.

What Neville said about Eze is also true of Zaha, and Ayew. They are all individualistic, which is fine, but none of them run off the ball. They each want it to feet. You can see our defence passing it around looking for movement ahead of them, but none of ours knows how to make runs, and certainly not selfless runs to move opponents around. I don't think that's a lack of coaching, it's a lack of that skill and understanding in the players we have. Still a good performance so far though.

Their central defence is an accident waiting to happen. Agreed, their strengths are definitely not in central defence. If we pressurise them they will make mistakes. We have to improve our set piece delivery.

Playing like this against the top teams is acceptable. Playing the same way (or worse) against the likes of Burnley and Fulham is not. He might get up from his seat and give them a bit of encouragement

Ha ha gotta love this forum. We have just played a decent first half against a good side and some of crap that flows out of people's fingers is a madness, with criticism non stop be it Ward (who has had a blinder), Eze or tekkers. What do people expect.... Oh yeah a brace from Tekkers without a proper chance Bunch of jokers.
