Was just looking at the replays of it i dont think there was any contact at all , bring in VAR . the ref is the worst i have seen since the days of Clattenburke ! yes he is that bad . alao Matetta very nearly scored one . Jario has put on a few pounds in weight.

Any hoo 0-0 HT Ayew has had a couple of pops on RHS outside box, both held easy by keeper, Mateta had a 1 on 1 right at the death but passed it to keeper. Guaita has been the busiest Palace player so far, seeing as most of our players once reaching half-way line pass it back to him. Reading have noticed this & are pressing him into errors. 2nd half cant be any worse than the 1st.
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

Never a red not sure he even touched him. Ref is awful and has now single-handedly ruined any purpose for this game.

3500 miles away, I'm glad I'm not watching. 10 men defeats the purpose of having a preseason match. Now back to my weekend To-Do list.

I'm sure someone mentioned on here, that Wilf had a slight hamstring injury. Yep. He had it last season and came back too quickly as usual. In the arsenal game he got the ball one v one on v the centre circle against some nobody or another, just had to knock it past his man and race him. What did he do? Check back and let the moment go to waste. It couldn't have been more obvious that he was protecting the injury. If Vieira wants to get the best out of Zaha then he'll have to overrule the player when he declares himself fit from time to time.
