Professor Bobby Duffy, director of the KCL Policy Institute said: “Confidence in parliament has halved since 1990; we’re among the least likely of more than 20 countries in the study to have confidence in the government.”

He added: “Our confidence in the EU has also bounced back post-Brexit, and now we’re much more likely to have confidence in it than our own parliament and government.”

22% still seemingly confident I am surprised it's that much.

'Actually, in the many years since the UK left the EU, Dover Ports Authority has run very smoothly'.

What exactly is Labour policy on these crippling strikes or do they even have a view of plan??

We know what their view is don't we?
Keep striking to cause the Tories as many problems as possible.
No need to worry about who pays their wages or the people that they let down when they strike.
I accept that it is a democratic right but if the Unions would accept modernisation then the majority would get the money that they want.
When Labour get in I suspect that the strikes will stop very quickly.

Actually, the Unions tend to strike even more under Labour governments as they know they are easier to roll over.

It's even more annoying when they try and complain that they are doing it for the benefit of the population

Brexit ‘has had an impact’ says Starmer after Dover chaos.

Take it easy, Sir Keir.

You may find yourself opposing the government.

Jeremy Corbyn 'was never a friend'.

Well, well.

Yep, must be the reason they go into teaching.

I wonder why the Tory MP's go into politics.

On second thoughts......

Even better if it were true. That shifty b****** has also been trying to blame the grooming gang fiasco on the Tories as well.

What a slippery scumbag he is. At least that deluded old sod Corbyn was honestly bonkers. Well right up until the last election that is.
