| Was a great player, but has now become a narcissistic, pseudo political commentator. Would be best if he kept his thoughts to himself. Also said the other day that he used to receive racial abuse because of his skin colour. Funny that I've never been abused if I've been out in the sun for a while. Sad to say that Mr Lineker seems somewhat deluded.
Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled.

| Imagine him bringing this up in conversation with Ian Wright and Other black footballers of the 80s, they would laugh him of the planet.

| He was a striker and so is "qualified" to stand in a picket line. That is less fearful than his volunteering to work on the railway During strike days. Imagine being on a train with him making announcements. Even worse if done with a couple of MOTD friends. We have escaped.

If anyone wanted a striker just to stand around we could have just stuck Benteke out there and told him it was his new team he was playing for.
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

| Lineker is a champagne socialist, so by definition he larps as a progressive. He's always been a bit of a wally who says whatever he thinks makes him popular within his bubble....the male version of Lily Allen.
