So anybody who comments regularly here won't have to pay tax either. I'd better get on the taxman - I can imagine the response! Lineker is someone who gets treated like a National Treasure when, in reality, he never really won anything. He's also a bit dim.

My missus has a cousin who has always been 'swarthy' (her family are white) and was called a 'pikey' all his childhood. I imagine this is what Linekar is referring to. Which again demonstrates that allegations of racism has been owned by people of colour. Many people hear the word 'racist' and assume it is against black people.

Somebody was telling me I'm the spitting image of Tyson Fury. I found that pretty funny, rather than insulting.

I suspect that Lineker has suffered 'earism' and 'twaatism' far more than he's suffered anything else. In fact I doubt he's suffered much of anything in his crispy life. Edited by Stirlingsays (24 Jun 2022 10.10am)

i heard that the scientists at BOTH the CERN particle accelerator AND the Hubble Space telescope were searching for that illusive holy-grail of science........find a person who likes Gary Linekar the SETI brigade were also going to see if they can find any intelligence from any part of Match of the Day. He did win a tiny handful of winners' medals, but I agree that it's nowhere near what you'd imagine given his revered status. His one major English prize was daylight robbery, when the referee in the 1991 FA Cup final chose to ignore TWO straight-red offences by 'good old gazza'. Hence the 2nd year in a row that the final hinged on a criminal refereeing decision.
