He was invited.

And he could have said no thanks if I am not going to be allowed to sit at the big table with the adults.

Surely to be invited and then more or less publicly diminished is the opposite of what should have happened? The whole thing struck me as another example of the pettiness and dysfunctionality of the Royal family. "We'll invite you because that's what one's expected to do, but you can swing in the wind once you're here". Like I said, I don't care but for me, not a good look. With a family like that, it's not hard to understand Harry's pysche.

Charles now saying he didn't want to invite him! Blimey.

You certainly have a point, his own son.

I could see Harry as a King actually, he has a Henry VIII look about him.

King Charles is hardly going to win any battles, and as for Camilla, she may tell you how to re-cycle your tea-bags.

I thought he didn’t want to stay so as to get back for his child’s birthday. But there again, last year he apparently missed the birthday to attend a polo match, so who knows what the real reason is. But I’m sure Harry can get another book out of his half a day’s attendance at the Coronation…

hats off to palace, they were always gonna be louder, and hate to say it but they were impressive ALL bouncing and singing.

Probably.

But at least you win battles and have the odd wife or two, or six.
