I've been reading a lot of their comments as he had such a good loan at Shrewsbury. They think he has good physicality but a poor footballing brain. On balance the comments are a bit negative but some have said he's not been playing in his best position. I don't rule out that he can still do it. For some footballers, being played in the wrong position is a disaster.

Yep. In a bit of turmoil. But that's football life. Sink or swim and no excuses. Gallagher would have been among the first names on the team sheet for any manager here because he was at a level above what we had.
