The Guardian front page today says Barclay is now being accused of bullying.
This is madness - regardless of ones political beliefs, to have a load of lily livered people on OUR payroll running around causing mayhem when they are meant to be helping to run the country.
They need to understand what the difference is between being told off and bullying!
The Civil Service is fast becoming unfit for purpose.

I hate being right so often.

The Lefty Civil Service thinks that they can try the same tactic multiple times while the pathetic Prime Minister keeps bottling it.

How do you feel about the ULEZ charge being extended to Orpington ?

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

Now that is an interesting one. I totally get the need for cleaner air, you go to any bog city in the world and can see the smog, but you will only get people out of their little metal boxes of you rovide decent alternatives, say a good tram, rail or bus system that is affordable and reliable. Equally you will only get wider use of electric cars if you can charge them.

So I think it should have been delayed in outer London until there is a better alternative infrastructure and people could plan and cost say replacing their current car with an electric one.

If you look locally across Bromley there are some parts with no stations and poor bus links so cat use is necessary just to get to work.

Presumably riding a cat is better for the environment than using a car
Seriously I agree totally with your post

Most cars have a cat these days! (Apart I guess from electric ones) so maybe cats will soon also be banned!

Not personally no, but on behalf of the shambolic government he ran it's no fantasy. If I provided detail even the most cynical and sarcastic poster here (guess who that might be) would be forced to accept that. I am not though going to provide detail.

For the avoidance of doubt any comments in response to a previous post are directed to its ideas and not at any, or all, posters personally.

so your leftyness wanes when it is close to home

Do you support Khan as London mare?

The problem with electric cars right now is not only charging, it's the cost and the massive carbon footprint in production.

Raab will reappear somewhere before the end of the year. Probably not in politics , but maybe as some higher manager/associate Director of a big corporation run by his school mates. Somewhere where he can have his own office and not actually have to interact with anyone.
He's obviously 5hlt at his job(s), but he has friends. Somewhere.
