Certainly no good for us, we need players for now. And Blackburn are real midtable with little chance of going up and even less of going down. Just hope its the making us look like we are trying if we get 'tried but couldn't get anyone over the line' from SP on 1 February. Originally posted by NEILLO

Can just imagine Roy in a press conference in early Feb "Well of course Doug and the chairman did try to bolster our numbers, as you might say, but January is a notoriously challenging month to do business. However, we feel we have a competitive squad and, with players returning, hope to finish the season strongly."
