Yup that is my point. We pretty need another JPM then they can fight it out as to who should start.

I read somewhere that OG likes a big hard working striker so maybe we will.

Yep 100%.

Part of what I hope Glasner does is build a squad more strategically than it has been done before.

At present, when pushing for a goal I'm ok to bring on Edouard on as well as JPM.

When when defending a lead, bringing Edouard on for JPM weakens us.

Basically just makes sure we are clear on the role of someone like Fofana

Hear, hear!
He is a rough diamond and although improving I don't really see him as a 10-15 a season scorer. He is energetic but his weakness for such a tall guy is his heading ability.

In my opinion (probably not shared with the majority) Edouard is the more skilful of the two. I'd prefer a Dwight Gayle/Glen Murray poacher who were usually in the right place at the right time.

Mateta and Edouard are not the answer - unless we find a midfield playmaker which Eze is not!

Sorry I disagree with your assessment of JP's heading ability, he has recently score with his head, last game he was defending in our box & clearing with his head. He may not be a Gayle/Murray, but, he is improving under our new manager. Let's see.
