Most jokes are offensive to someone in society. I suppose some pepole are more sensitive about them than others are. If you made a joke about September 11th or made a personal joke about me, I would not be bothered (maybe surprised because you seem to lack a sense of humour) because frankly there are more important things to worry about.

I have prepared one of my own time capsules. I have placed some rather large samples of dynamite, gunpowder and nitroglycerin. My time capsule is set to go off in the year 3000. It will show them what we are really like.

Welcome back Chollis! My mother had breast cancer also but I found the joke funny. Half of us getting through her illness was making jokes a lot of the time, especially when I saw her in her wig! Forget SG; it seems she is the only one who didn't find your joke funny despite not being the only one to have had someone with cancer in her life.
