This is the way to go. We should be looking for players that can sit Bolasie, Zaha, Wickham on the bench as tbh, our starting 11 isn't that great, it's decent but we need better.
I think we will defo sell Gayle now for around £10m, even though I'd sell Wickham to make up some of that.
But, If we can get this fella, a promising winger, anothe midfielder (Maybe Moussa Sissoko) and a few little loans and freebies then I like what I'm seeing.
OT: I do go on other fan sites, just to see what they're like and I must say, as fans go we are bloody good compared to fans on Spurs and West Ham sites. They've both won F'all in god knows how long and yet their expectation levels and arrogance is beyond any scale.

This would be the most exciting signing we have made for a while. What potential this lad has. Even if we only had him for 1-2 seasons and then he moved on to a bigger side, we would surely get a great goal return from him and be able to replace him with at least someone who's better than what we currently have. Be interesting to see how we go about fitting him into the team. I didn't realise one of the Belgium players we were meant to be watching at the euros would actually be batshuayi!

What I wouldn't want to see is this being our only signing. Yes we need a quality forward, but we do need to strengthen at least another 2 positions.

But will it? I very much doubt it £38m. ??? It's just not palace.

Personally I honestly doubt it will happen but credit where it's due for trying. We've all been crying out for marque signings so fair play.
