One of our problems when playing at home is that we are so slow and ponderous when going forward. The number of times we play the square ball and then pass back and then start again. The opposition defence has all the time in the world to sit back, position themselves and wait for what we eventually throw at them.

After a reasonable first half, we were awful in the 2nd half and never stretched the Chelsea defence.

..Watford are on a run worse then us.

Erm no they're not . They have 6 points out of last 7 games (nov/dec) we have 4.....depends how many games you call 'a run'. They are still 6 points ahead of us.

Just seen the highlights of that two footed challenge rojo's was a hell of a lot worse , I think he must of got some heat for letting that slide so he's made up for his lacklustre performance on Wednesday night by giving hardy a straight red

I thought that was the best we have played in months.
Chelsea are a class above but we did really well on the whole.
We deserved a draw in my opinion but this was a loss I could stomach because it bodes well for the future if we can bring that intensity to lesser games.
