love parish the best thing to come into our footy club since i've been a fan, however choosing Frank as our manager means obviously a complete change of style how is he supposed to do that without spending? if your looking to go in the dutch style then I back it if it doesn't work out and we get relegated if parish backed him properly. How the f*** is he supposed to change the style on a nothing budget? Go from counter attacking to total football with the same bunch of players is bonkers, Steve needs to back Frank properly or get him out now and find a manager that actually suits our style. I trust Parish and think he will back frank by the end of the window.

What f***ing identity is that then? An identity that has spent the last fifty years struggling to stay at the top level? An identity that has seen any possible glimpse of progress knocked back by a lack of investment? We are a counter attacking team , because it is the only way survive each transfer window after wasting miliions on journeymen who rarely pull their weight. It serves only to avoid relegation or desperately try to stay in a promotion race. We think it is an identity because it is the only thing we know. Difference is forty- fifty years ago we used to put up with it a lot better than now.

Give 100%. Instilled by Jedinak and pulis and big Sam. Work from a solid base.

Parish won't be content until Palace are a slick, possession based passing team. He will get his wish but it is likely to be in League 1. That's where Swansea and Southampton had to go to reinvent themselves.

If we get relegated that's £600mill p1ssed up against the wall and for what? Five seasons in The Prem. Whoop-de-fvcking-do. Parish saved our asses but since around 2014 he has not been a great chairman as our club has been treading water on the pitch and off for years now even with all that dosh he has had jurisdiction over. Great businessman. Average ability as a Chairman if not a tad disappointing considering.

True but also Southampton have a rather brilliant behind the scenes policy in place to effect the team positively year in year out. We have Mavis the tea lady.

I love it when people address other people with 'Mr...' because not only is it condescending to the person being addressed it also makes the person doing the addressing look like a Berkshire Hunt!
