Agreed. It's hard to make a case for retaining any of our existing centre backs. I concur with these sentiments.

Roy is staying on and I think a lot of you need to come to terms with that. **nervous laugh**

Hodgson made his reputation based on producing solidly organised teams that were well drilled with all the players knowing their roles. It’s time for a change of manager and it looks like this will be the end of the season.

Going back in recent time, there was banner put up outside the training ground from members of the Ultras. It was quickly taken down. One phrase remains with me: This is not the Palace way! Regardless of polarised views, I strongly believe that if we had fans in the stadium, the uproar would exceed the usual high volume of noise form SE25. *We want to remain in the Premiership The Palace way and I have been at Selhurst since 1972 has been to play entertaining attractive football. In that time we have probably lost more than we have won. Whilst we remain in the Premiership- (Thanks to managers past and present), what we have now is ugly, negative and plainly depressing. * We have a lot of 'dead wood' now where hopefully we will thank them for their services but they will go elsewhere at the end of their contract. *Uncertainty with fans creates more frustration. Communication is everything. I only speak for myself; my opinions are my own! I would like to see a renewal of the squad. Defensively, we were shocking last night. Surely, Scott Dann has reached the end of the road at Palace? Finally, I would like an injection of new and younger players.

Our centre-backs were so poor, they even made Joel Ward look good, and that takes some doing..

Reading between the lines of Roys comments, even after yesterdays game, Roy is gone at the end of the season. Theres 3 games left to endure - I hope the fans give Roy the respect he deserves next week and theres no anti-Roy stuff. I want the season to end as much as the next person, its been torture but dont think Roy deserves a bad reception next week.

If this is correct, it must have shaken Parish and the club! Shocking, a year of no football but we can't be bothered to go back. The negative feeling at the end of seasons is palpable.

Surely all the available tickets will be sold. Can't believe there's that amount of apathy.

I dread to think what the crowd's response will be against Arsenal if we carry on with the same negative tactics. The manager should retire on a high note but I think he will be booed off the field instead. He should be remembered for keeping us up but unfortunately it will be because of innumerable abysmal tactics and unmotivated players. A major change to a more progressive manager in the summer is vital.
