A generalisation but anyone called Julian is a c**t. Anyone with a surname that close to assflange and called Julian is going to have 'emtional' problems as a result of attending school, possibly having experienced horrible bullying from the special needs dribbler.

Assange - law breaker, the end.

Possibly not, even the US aren't entirely sure of whether he's even committed a crime (not being a US citizen, or employed by a foriegn power, espionage is tricky), particually given that sensative personal data is redacted from wikileaks, and most of it is technically cover by freedom of information.

The whole 'aiding the enemy' isn't going to fly in a court of law, as a crime involves intent. Theft, well he didn't steal it, and recieving stolen goods requires personal intention.

Plus, its not trade marked or copyright protected material. Its very hard to say just exactly what crime has been committed? (except possibly rape and pissing off politicians).

I don't know how many timesi have to repeat this in this thread.

Our laws. I don't give a f*** about the US/Swedish or the bloody Aussie in question.

You mean violating his bail conditions. Yeah, true, but thats really a fairly minor offence. Back when I worked at Magistrates court getting a police officer to walk the 100 yards from the police station to arrest someone who'd jumped bail was a massive chore.

Plus, sex offender, we really should be thinking twice about bail for people who have been accussed of multiple instances of rape. How isn't a potential multiple rapist not a threat to the public?

Anyone being potentially extradited should be remanded, stands to reason they're a flight risk.

Yes. Our courts ruled, he ran off. f*** him.

I wouldn't have given him bail either, I blame all those so-called upstanding citizens that posted bail and told the judge he was a nice man. They deserve to lose their money and subsequently arguing for a refund of it is kind of missing the point.

They have lost most of it but not all.....And I agree, they should have lost every penny as that was the original bail condition they signed on for.

Er, Speroni? Now if you'd written Jeremy (Clarkson, Vine, Kyle etc) ...

The stupid cow of a prosecutor in Sweden has now decided they can interview him in London. Only because there's a limitation on his offences, one of which expires this year.

If she could've done this all along, can she bring the £5m or so with her that it's cost us to police this prick due to her stubbornness.

Did the CIA make plans to kill Assange?

Interesting video by Brand....are the wider media picking up on it?

Interesting. It wouldn't surprise me at all and shows what he's been up against, now and all along. I don't tend to believe any of the claims that have been levelled against him all along, he's just got on the wrong side of powerful people.

They went to similar lengths with Snowden, forcing down the Bolivian president's plane believing he was onboard.
