Gresty Road, Saturday 3.00pm
Keeper Julian Speroni, who was man-of-the-match against Liverpool, is set to be replaced by number one Gabor Kiraly inbetween the sticks.
Darren Ward should take over from Mark Hudson at centre-half and Danny Butterfield has shaken off a groin problem to replace Gary Borrowdale.
Jobi McAnuff has overcome a groin injury and will return to the starting line-up. Andy Johnson is still sidelined with a knee injury.
Crewe's Chris McCready (hamstring) and Billy Jones (knee) are doubts. Rich Walker (back) and Adie Moses are out, while Darren Moss is suspended. Steve Foster will play despite having a facial injury.

Mark Rivers
Mark Rivers, Luke Varney - 3 goals
Darren Moss - 4 0
There aren't any!
The ex-Norwich winger/striker will be one of few Railwaymen to cause the Eagles a threat on Saturday. He has pace and isn’t afraid to attack defenders – a rarity in the modern game (or so it would seem).
Although he isn’t known as a prolific goal scorer he does know where the net is and his 3 goals this season have all been something “a little bit special” and this is due to his willingness to fire at goal from distance.
Mark Rivers is a “typical” Crewe player, with an outstanding work ethic and is a player who likes to attempt to get the ball down and play it about a bit – something which Crewe are always known for trying (some would say unsuccessfully, however).
Another key man for Crewe will be midfield lynchpin Kenny “Don’t swap his initials round” Lunt. Another player with an outstanding work ethic and a regular in Crewe’s side who has the ability to provide a defence splitting pass on occasions (well he did one once, surely).
Crewe have always been known as a team who develops great players, but always sell them on before they come good. And their current team is full of youngsters with great potential.. sadly (for them) this doesn’t help them at present as they are languishing at the wrong end of the table (although they’re still above Millwall!!!)
