Not the point. Remain was, for good reasons, supported by big business. Leave had the significant advantage of promising jam tomorrow but needed to raise funds from mostly small donors. It ought to have been very poor, but wasn’t. Money came from somewhere.

All banks have different ways of working so it's hard to second guess how their internal policies are implemented. For example, a Review could be event driven - rather than just becoming due. But I have no visibility over Coutts methodology. You're just re-hashing old ground with that second paragraph, I thought we had established that long ago now. As far as I'm aware nobody has denied that Coutts had the right to do what they did. Just that it was the wrong thing to do.
