I think this 'man' should have a drink in the Fox and Hounds in West Croydon and see how he mingles with the locals. Would be an interesting social experiment. Also, I reckon Part Time James would.

How 'he' didn't give a nod to either David Bowie or Marilyn Manson for the idea I don't know. I probably wouldn't, I prefer an abundance of genitalia to a lack of, however, I'd quite like to become a sexless alien myself and might start a crowd funding page.

The danger is that he visits the UK. From Gatwick "whatever" could go north or south. Going north would provide us with a totally S... referee; going south he would be entirely safe when meeting coastal people.
