I'm frustrated that it's the accepted benchmark to just stay up every season, something Roy has built a career on, so yes: under our current model he's absolutely perfect for us. 2013 / 2014 - 11th I wouldn't class those league positions as "just staying up". We may not do well all season, but we are fighters and our players do not give up.
