Todays first download is a set by The Pixies that was recorded at the Hollywood Palladium in 2009. This is in superb quality and is a top soundboard recording. I've posted a quite a few boots by this band in the past - but surprisingly no studio albums.except a "Best Of" album. If you like The Pixies you will want this one... thoroughly recommended.... Todays second download is a set by Nils Lofgren that was recorded at the Pinkpop Festival in Geleen, Netherlands in 1977. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast of the gig. I also have an acoustic set by Nils Lofgren which was recorded in Dublin - I will post it in a couple of days - another top notch bootleg..... Todays first download is a set by Nirvana that was recorded at the Cabaret Metro, Chicago in 1991. This is in superb quality and is a wicked set by the band. I've posted a few bootlegs by Nirvana over the years - this is one of the best - being in a smaller venue, it seems like the band are in the room with you. This must be played LOUD - this is great stuff..... thoroughly recommended..... I posted a bootleg by Nils yesterday - this one I grabbed at the same time - and it's the second bootleg by this artist that I've posted. This is another wicked set - but is more acoustic than electric... still thoroughly recommended....
