LOL. Not only is this message in itself hilarious, but she can't manage a pre-canned 50-second message without a cut. No, better yet. The video cuts twice.

God save us if Diane and her fancy mathematical Abbottcus get into power.

Still, back to my "StopTheCoup" protests - nasty dictator that Boris.

One of the two reasons why Labour will not win any election. You can guess the other one.

Diane speaking to her flock.

What is funny is that some dumb arses will actually buy this drivel.

Customs Union, freedom of movement. Out but really in. Could get worse. Moves on the U.K. financial sector.

In the future I’m expecting control of our fiscal and monetary policy and no doubt mandatory into a single European currency.

This hugging of our European friends and pretending to all be completely the same seems so romantic but we all know how different we are and how they can’t wait to scoff at us having to wait an extra 20 mins at arrivals with a different passport in hand.

Laughing stock? Parliament maybe, but who cares about them when everyone is out and about.

The young remainers should ask Mediterranean youngsters what they think about the EU these days.

The concept that this is all the fault of "young remainers" is really funny.

Firstly, they have so much more interest in getting this right than the "old leavers"! Just do the maths!

Secondly there are plenty of "old remainers". I am, and my friends at the pub and in my club are too.

As balancing the competing interests of the various sections of UK society is the responsibility of our elected representatives why don't we simply support them in their difficult task of trying to find a reasonable compromise that might not please anyone completely but be acceptable to most.

I bet that's an exciting meet with no opposing views.
There were 3 reasonable compromises offered by TM.
All voted down.
Now how can it ever be reasonable.
Labour dont want a GE.
Tory and labour MPs defecting.
Libs wanting to remain.
It's like an ealing comedy.
Carry on brexit!
If this was a movie anyone not knowing it's happening right now would think it was crap and could never be factual.
The ultimate would be the EU vetoing an extension.

PMs don't make or rip up laws.

That's the job of Parliament.

All EU leaders will have to agree to that and it occurs to me that the bill doesn't say how the PM should ask for an extension.

Boris is not known for his tact and at the Spectator his nickname was Brute.

I will leave it to your imagination to wonder how Boris asks Chancellor Merkel, President Macron et all it may not be diplomatic.

On a more serious note it is possible that he will persuade one of our allies (do we have any) to vote no in return for a favour.

It's my understanding that the bill specifies the wording of the letter Johnson must write precisely because he isn't trusted.

A much bigger problem is whether he would use the UK's veto against his own proposal!

How the EU would react to such a move can only be guessed at but they would have little legal room for manoeuvre. The consequences at home are mind blowing/

Midland you little darling your right. It has to be unanimous and that includes us.

This has been anticipated for a while and will be in the front of the minds of Johnson's opponents as they contemplate whether to agree to an early election with the prospect of installing an interim national government.

This looks to me like the real end game strategy.
