They are not just empty words of knock about banter in the Commons chamber. To dismiss them as simply political tactics in the disrespectful way that Johnson did was disgraceful. These are his colleagues! No-one with any degree of decency ought to support him in doing so.
For the avoidance of doubt any comments in response to a previous post are directed to its ideas and not at any, or all, posters personally. |

Brexit is a horse. Nobody gives a s**t about the horse itself, it is a vehicle for Johnson and his hedge funds to make a vast fortune from. But the odds-on favourite is in danger of being turned over, it does happen. These people don't give a s**t about leaving or remaining in the EU. It is like the political equivalent of WW1 with all the soldiers dying and the capitalists making a fortune. Actually some people would compare Passchendale favourably with yesterday in the HOC !!!!

That is not the reason because you can go to prison for an unlawful act, it doesn't have to be an illegal one. He won't go to prison because he wasn't on trial personally. It was the advice he gave the Queen that was judged as unlawful. Should he do the same again, knowing that it has now been found to be unlawful to do so, then his risk increases. I am no lawyer but this time there doesn't appear to have been any attempt to hold him personally culpable because the Court was unable to determine for sure what his motivations were due to the lack of an affidavit, although that did not stop them deciding that the advice itself was unlawful and that all that flowed from that advice equally so. It wasnt the act of proroging which was on 'trial'

Not to the ears of anyone able to rationalise no, but to an already dangerous individual who believes themselves to be a patriot whose "rights" have been stolen they can easily be extremely dangerous and enough to tip them over the edge and into action. Representing their Labour voters would bring no problem. But that’s not the reason is it? Nothing to do with the fact we should’ve left once, going to be twice, had votes on this theee times, but they still won’t allow it to happen. It’s the nasty man Boris and his tongue. He’s why. The people they represent are feeling disrespected, but hey, who cares about some manual workers in the north, or anybody not feeling the wonderful benefits of the EU.
