Missing Punch giving away silly fouls or maybe you enjoy seeing him moan with his arms out all the time or is it him getting the ball then strolling around slowly with it. We look much better without him I think he's better against the lesser teams or you bring him on later on but as a starter hell no. What!!!!!!

Missing Punch giving away silly fouls or maybe you enjoy seeing him moan with his arms out all the time or is it him getting the ball then strolling around slowly with it.

We look much better without him I think he's better against the lesser teams or you bring him on later on but as a starter hell no.

No need for a change we looked very good for 30min but as usual wasn't taking chance so fell off and then let the other team control the game.

60-70min I would think of doing a change if things are not getting better

I am worried about this transition a bit now,we keep the ball better yes but we play with no pace and far more narrow than we used to.How many times do you see Wilf attack space behind the oppo full backs or either of our wingers pull crosses back from the byline?It seems retaining possession means we don't look to counter attack at pace because everyone bar Benteke is behind the ball and not looking to stretch the game, offering a short option seems to be preferable.I back AP 100% but he needs to mix it up with the pace we have available out wide.

As much as I don't like Punch playing this new deeper role we are missing him today,Ledley is just not anything more than a DM and Cabaye is better than him at that job.Punch is infuriating at times but he gets us on the front foot which is what we are missing a little bit today.
